1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
- Our team will verify your request and provide further instructions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged/defective)
- Health supplements or consumables (unless damaged or incorrect)
Please understand that due to hygiene and safety reasons, some wellness and personal care products are not returnable once opened.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at dhanmisrowellness@gmail.com.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong address, change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
