1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
- Email us or call with your Order ID
- Mention reason for cancellation
- If eligible, we will confirm cancellation and process your refund (for prepaid orders)
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is prepaid and cancelled within the allowed time:
- A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
- If paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), no charges will apply for timely cancellations.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Your order may not be eligible for cancellation if:
- The product has already been dispatched
- It’s part of a special promotion, combo offer, or limited-time deal
- The cancellation request is made after the 12-hour window
In such cases, we suggest waiting for the delivery and initiating a return if applicable under our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Dhanmisro Wellness Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders at our discretion if the product is out of stock, payment is not received, or the order appears fraudulent.
- In such cases, the full amount (if prepaid) will be refunded.
